The gun shot
black pot
hammer and nails
clash on the floor.
A waking dream
retched scream
endless talk
you slam the door.
Drunk again
imagined sin
you never loved me.
I thought you should.
Delivered punch
half-eaten lunch
cartoon raiders
leave me understood.
The last time
I ever rhyme,
escaping darkly
under universal lies.
Pretensions par
for the course.
You're a joke.
I'll come back later.

Apology Accepted by Raychil Jan 21, 2007 category : Life, society / other
This poem is just to tell you That I'm really not that mad I forgive you for what you did Although I am still sad
You did what you thought was best And I'll just learn to live Besides who am I to criticize? If I can not forgive
So go ahead and live your life Be happy without me there Perhaps you'll find someone better Who's important to you as air
As for me I'll just go on I'll live from day to day Whatever happens, happens I'll just have to find my way
Don't worry about the past Don't worry about my pain I just hope that this doesn't mean I can't talk to you ever again
I knew all along it was coming And I'm sorry for what I did too Making you feel so horrible, The guilt I put you through
Please just know I'm sorry And that you don't have to be If it's anyone's fault it's mine After all the problem was me
So here's my pathetic poem That doesn't really flow But it was the only way That I could let you know
Your apology is accepted Though tears fall as I write Just know that I'm not mad it you And I don't blame you for that night.
