This is a piece that I've been working on, on and off for years now. Rather than try to force it into the format of this board, I'm just linking the document for anyone to download and read. It's roughly put into transcript formatting. I would love just general impressions of the first chapter.

It's the story of two creatures born of a world entirely made out of our myths and legends, thrown across the veil onto the reality of Earth. Their struggle is to put right the tearing of that veil so that both our world and theirs can continue to exist. But, their fight might be the final one.
